Step 1.   On the sign in screen, click on "Create a new user account".

Step 2.  You will see the screen below.  Enter a User Name you would like to register (such as W5ABC-Bob), provide a valid email address, a password in both fields, and then click "Continue".

Step 3.  You will now see the screen below.  Open another browser window to check your email account which will contain the verification code (see Sample Email Message).

 Step 4.  Type the verification code in the Verification Code field and then click "Continue".

Step 6. You have successfully completed your new account and you will see the screen below. Sign in with your User Name and Password (not verification code) to enter the chat room.

Please be sure to type your User name in exactly the way you registered it.  If registered correctly, there should be a green icon beside your name.

To retrieve a lost password, click on "Recover lost password".
