I have worked for Federal Express
in Memphis since 1979. Beginning in 1984, I built the Telecommunications
infrastructure in Europe and the Far East and managed those areas for over
10 years. Starting in 1994, I moved my focus to South America, Mexico,
Central America, and the Caribbean. I estimate that I have made close
to 100 trips to those locations since 1984. My group is responsible
for designing, engineering, implementing, and on-going support of all voice,
data, and radio systems in these international locations.
